If there are any problems in the goods sold, such as damaged or incorrect, in order to make the best arrangement for you, please notify us within 10 days. Any item returned to us within 10 days must be with the original invoice of goods, provided they are still in their original packaging, undamaged and in an unused condition. Each order can be exchanged for once.
    
2. We will not responsible for the return arrangement for any counterfeit goods bought from other channels.

Delivery

HONG KONG    

• We will use local courier service as our delivery company. Below is the summary of delivery charges per order:

            * NO DELIVERY SERVICE for all off-shore island. 

• We will contact you before delivery. Please provide accurate delivery address and contact number to make sure every order can reach the proper destination. Please note that our parcel requires a signature on delivery as your acknowledgement. Otherwise, the parcel must be accepted and signed by someone at your delivery address. An extra shipping charge of HK$30.00 will be charged for any failure order caused by improper information or no one is available when delivery.

             The delivery address of Hong Kong's order should be within Hong Kong only.

CHINA
